LIVEWIRE 2020 (also known on screen as LW2020: POWER PLAY) is the 3rd series of the online reality TV show, LIVEWIRE. It launches in late-January 2020 and it will last for 31 days.

ProductionEdit

AuditionsEdit

Big Brother picked the housemates by having them selected out of all civilians in the world.

PresentersEdit

In September 2018, it was announced that Josiah Stuart would be the host of LIVEWIRE for a third series.

ChangesEdit

This year (like last year), the format for nominations has been revised to the format of the U.S. reality show, The Glass House. This series, the eviction process was also changed to a scoring system similar to what has been used on America's Next Top Model. In addition to the public vote, there will be a jury of five, ranking the nominees on a scale from 5-10; with the public's scores being calculated based on proportional representation of the votes and the overall score for a particular nominee.

For the second time in any TiBB forum game, LIVEWIRE 2020 was played on its own separate forum with a link to the main TiBB forum.

TwistsEdit

This series, the 15 housemates were put into 3 teams of 5; furthering alliances, strategy, and gameplay. If a team passes a task, they will ineligible to be voted on in the public vote each week.

HousematesEdit

On Day 1, 15 Housemates entered the house.

Daily summaryEdit

The main events in the LIVEWIRE House are summarised in the table below. A typical week begins with nominations, followed by the shopping task, and ends with the eviction of a housemate during the Friday and/or Sunday episodes. Evictions, tasks, and other events for a particular week are noted. The diary of happenings in the house are listed in order of sequence.

Nominations tableEdit

This year, housemates are being voted on in a public poll to see who will play in the Power Challenge for the week. If a housemate gets the lowest score on the question relating to the 'worst strategy', they will face eviction. The housemate that loses the Power Challenge will be nominated, and then the remaining housemates will vote on the third person to face the public vote. In addition, some cycles will only have Power Challenges to decide the evictee. This series, the eviction process was different; as in addition to the public vote, there would be a jury of five, ranking the nominees on a scale from 5-10; with the public's scores being calculated based on proportional representation of the votes and the overall score for a particular nominee.
